Integrating Resilience and Sustainability Criteria in the Supply Chain Network Design. A Systematic Literature Review

Nowadays, Supply Chain Networks (SCNs) must respond to economic, environmental, social, and uncertain considerations. Thus, sustainable resilience criteria need be incorporated as key into the Network Design (SCND). This paper, part of an emerging subject, reviews literature between 2010 2021 that integrates sustainability on SCND. The article classifies according levels SCND, decision-making (i.e., strategic, tactical, operational), criteria, solving approach, objective contributions Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), real-world applications. main findings allow us conclude decisions regarding supply chain network design with are mainly focusing forward flow. Most works address through evaluation scenarios (risk assessment perspective), in terms perspective, authors focus economic dimension income costs along chain. Based review proposed taxonomy, paper proposes ideas for future research.
